We have several options to make your monthly payment. Thru AppFolio, we can automatically charge your credit card. You can pay online here. You can always mail in your payment or stop by the office during business hours.
We have a month-to-month lease. Payment is due on the 1st day of each month, until you move out. Your first month rent will be prorated based on the move-in day. We ask for a 30 day written move out notice.
